Leasing Manager
As EASE's Leasing Manager, Pierce handles the leasing of all of our properties, both managed by EASE and Just Leasing clients. Pierce consults with property owners to get their property on the market and works with potential tenants from the first showing all the way to move-in day. On any given day you can find Pierce all over DC meeting with prospective clients, advising investors on potential properties, conducting showings, taking photos for our listings or filming videos for our TikTok page. Pierce enjoys the fast pace of the leasing world and regularly rents more than 200 properties per year. Originally from Philadelphia, Pierce made Washington DC his home after graduating from the University of Maryland. Pierce has been with EASE since 2015 and has both his DC Salesperson and Property Manager licenses.
