Matt started EASE Property Services in 2008 and fell into a steady base of State Department clients who lived overseas. Working with clients many time zones away, it was essential to coordinate many aspects of the property management process. From that experience, EASE naturally became more of a white glove-type management company. Matt is also heavily involved with the GCAAR Property Management Committee representing DC-based agents and landlords. The committee focuses on keeping the DC lease agreement and lease documents current with consistent updates. Matt has a large base of knowledge regarding the Tenant Bill of Rights, lead paint, mold remediation, and regulatory changes, and often consults when changes are both made and in progress. Matt has been a licensed Realtor since 2005.
