With over 6 years of experience in case management and social work, she transitioned into property management bringing strong problem-solving, communication, and advocacy skills that set her apart in the field.
She specializes in coordinating complex maintenance projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard. Coming from a family that owns and operates businesses in construction, HVAC, cleaning services, and Airbnb rentals, Emi brings a well-rounded, real-world understanding of property operations that has helped shape her into a highly effective and resourceful property manager.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Emi builds strong relationships through clear communication and a solutions-driven mindset, always focused on efficiency and cost-effective results. She is often described as fun to be around and deeply passionate about the work she does.
Emi holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Psychology with a concentration in Human Services and is currently completing her MBA.
Outside of work, Emi enjoys spending time with her family, going on road trips… to the mall, staying active in the gym, and dancing - bringing that same energy into everything she does.
