Approval Guidelines for Applicants
Before you apply for a lease, please read the following information concerning the approval process. If you have questions, please contact us before applying.
Gross household income which equals or exceeds three times the rent amount (or an applicable housing voucher).
Excellent credit with no late payments or collections.
Proof of income or assets.
Excellent rental history.

To apply for a property online, go to the listings page and click the “Apply Now” button next to the property you are interested in leasing.
Lease Agreement

Housing Vouchers
District law requires that a housing provider state that the housing provider will not refuse to rent a rental unit to a person because the person will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District or federal government.
