Freddie joined the EASE team in 2016 as a furry receptionist - buoyantly greeting all visitors to the office. He's also our wellness ambassador - keeping the team limber with walks and demonstrating the best mindfulness techniques. He knows the latest napping trends, like sun-napping or stretch-napping, and the best zoomies for the season - diving into leaves, snow, or a baby pool depending on the time of the year. And if you're having any trouble finishing your lunch, he can help with that too.
