We are pleased to provide stand-alone tenant search services to property owners, streamlining the process of filling empty units without interfering with current property management practices.

Our Just Leasing program includes:

• Assessment of marketability and rental value

• Photographing and displaying your available property online – professional pictures available for an additional fee through HomeVisit

• High-quality video tour/walkthrough

• Marketing property on virtually every rental website available

• Prompt responses to all interested prospective residents

• Property showings seven days a week

• Application review and verification, credit check, and recommendation. Unit turnover service available for an additional fee for coordination

• Lease signing and collection of security deposit and first month's rent

• Collecting keys from old tenants, handing over keys to new tenants.

In addition to the above, EASE Property Services also offers after-leasing support at no charge to the landlord for unique circumstances you may encounter. Should some special problem or need arise, simply call your contact with EASE. Although we do not give legal advice, most problems have easy solutions and our know-how can often make all the difference.
